Croftwood offers a home from home and is a perfect location for family holidays.

Our cottage is comfortable, spacious and very well equipped with a range of books, toys and games for all ages.

For families with young children a cot, high-chair and baby bath are all available on request.

The large enclosed garden leads directly into the pine forest and a short walk takes you to the Woodland Wheels pump track, football pitch and children’s playpark beside the Community Hall.

Strathspey Railway

A ten mile restored section of the original Highland Railway Line and runs between Aviemore, Boat of Garten and Broomhill.

Landmark Adventure Park

Located in nearby Carrbridge, a great family day out for fun, discovery and adventure.

Loch Insh Watersports

Offers a great range of watersports and other activities and a 20 min drive from our cottage.

Highland Wildlife Park

Plan a trip with the family and enjoy viewing a wide and diverse range of animals in a picturesque safari park near Kingussie.

Loch Morlich

Freshwater loch and a fantastic setting surrounded by forests, lovely beaches and stunning backdrop of Cairngorms and offers a range of water activities.

Treezone

An exciting adventure playground suspended from wires high up in the pine forests of Rothiemurchus near Aviemore.

Woodland Wheels Pumptrack

Asphalt surface pump track nestled in the trees in the Cairngorms National Park. 226m main pump track and also a 46m kids pump track. The whole area is floodlit until the early evening.
